Justin was quick and available for questions I had at any time throughout the week. That was a big one for me since I like to work quickly and figure out problems as soon as they arise! Thanks again for working through my file and getting it turned around so quickly!! I am now in a much better and safer investment thanks to your company.

Jackelyn Gonzalez is the MVP in my team. She went far and beyond. I cannot say anything other than Jackelyn Gonzalez was heaven sent. Thank you Jackie. Many many thanks, and many more to come. Very professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable in her field.

Civic Financial Services was great! Anthony kept me informed every step of the way and we closed on time, despite having a few issues with the wholesaler I was working with. They were also able to offer a very competitive rate/points. I highly recommend!

I would recommend Civic Financial Services to any investor looking for an investor friendly loan. I worked with Kevin Victoria and from the start he said what he could do, when he could do it and how much it would cost, as an investor that's all the information that I need to make an informed decision. Kevin made the process simple because he did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it ! I'll use Civic Financial Services again in the future and i'd recommend them to other investors.

This was the loan from hell, borrower bought from auction.com sellers kept changing things from start to finish. Civic handled it without any problems. Melissa Salinas kept me updated and was as professional as any A/E I have ever worked with. I will make melissa and Civic my lender of choice for now on.
