Good price, but item was drop shipped by other vendor. Fast shipping, delivered ahead of estimated date. Item was not boxed and visible to potential theft.

The delivery was good and the box was in good shape but the piece of machine was broken. It is part of the card holder which isn't worth returning this big heavy gym set. I would rate the company great. I do not really think its their fault it was broken but only giving one star because it was broken.
Response from CitywideshopJan 30, 2020
Thank you for your review Jennifer. We wish you would've contacted us to resolve your issue. Your item is under warranty and we do offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. If the piece is removable/detachable, you can also contact Total Gym as you also have warranty on your purchase. Cheers, Lizzy M
