There was no way to find out lead time. It was difficult to find an email to request. The website said you could only cancel an order during an initial period. It was still 2 days before I had any clue if it was a week or a year before delivery. Nobody responded to my email. I would only order from you again after exhausting ALL other options. In an Amazon world, we expect to know delivery before we order. Not 2 days later.

Citywideshop offered the best price on a product that I previously owned and needed to replace as I damaged the item. The item arrived sooner than expected and I saved a ton of $$ by using this site. I've already bookmarked to order several more for gifts.
