CitywideshopReviews of citywideshop.com

Item delivered on time and was exactly as described on the site. No complaints.

Some of my order was damaged and I have not been able to talk to anyone yet to resolve this. I wish it was not so hard to communicate with you all.

Exactly as described

My order was shipped to me damaged and you can't talk to someone by phone communication is only by email. This was for my husband birthday. Now it's gonna take forever to get it returned and get him another Bluetooth from citywide shop😠😡😞😞

Great product shipped very quickly. Very satisfied with the whole process.

Product was the best price around. Thought it was going to be used but it was actually new. Also, it was delivered a day early. Much better than I expected and I will definitely use Citywide shop again

Item arrived even sooner than expected. Fair prices, overall great shopping experience.

I want to give Citywideshop an excellent rating. Although delivery for Christmas was complicated by USPS, my customer service person, Lizzy, was excellent in her help to get me my product on time. She was helpful in all aspects of this order. I would order from Citywide again.
