I purchased 2 fire pits $250 each. One showed up damaged. And the customer service ghosted me after trying to offer me a $50.00 dollar credit. Instead providing return instructions and making it right. I asked for a return shipping label/email. More than once and still no reply

Amazing company so honest! Customer service is five star all the way!! Where as the manufacturer of something I bought wouldn’t honor their warrantee citywide stepped up to the plate and honored it for them! Wow! What an amazing ethical helpful company!
