CityShadeReviews of cityshadecompany.com

The shades that we ordered were very nice at a reasonable price. The order was accurate and on time. The only thing I did not appreciate is in the beginning when I ordered swatches they insisted on speaking with me personally to help me figure out what I wanted. Several weeks went by after me not taking their calls and I finally received my swatches. I then placed my order, without their help, and my order turned out great.

These blinds are the best and fit perfect

I was sent an image of my new large Roman shade so I could review it and see if I wanted it. I thought that was amazing. When I didn’t care for it, my consultant recommended a different type of shade and offer to send me samples. We still have to consult on a final project, but I’m very impressed with the level of service so far.

Gil was great in helping us with fabric choices and questions we had. Drapes came in great time, the original ship date they gave us was accurate. Drapes are great quality! I would buy Drapes here again just learned a couple things to make next time better. I should have measured ceiling height at several places across the largest window because with an old house there are changes in the plaster from one foot to another and the Drapes ended up touching the floor in the center of the window when closed but since it is behind a couch it is OK.

The drapes are very well made and fit perfectly!! From order to delivery was maybe 2-3 weeks!! I am extremely satisfied!!

Annoying staff and prices fluctuate all the time!

Your shipment came fast and the product looks great. Can’t wait to install them. Thanks

My husband I experienced helpful and friendly customer service and the blinds look fantastic!
