I can't begin to tell you how thrilled I am with every single interaction I've had since opening my account about a year ago with City Shade. Every order makes my clients happy, and the quality of response time and depth of knowledge for my product questions is fantastic. I'm grateful for learning about City Shade at Market last fall and will always be loyal customer.

Although I have not decided if this is the look I want for my windows, the company was very responsive when I ordered samples.

Ordering was easy, your phone person was knowledgeable and helpful. The valance itself is beautiful, very nice material covering it, and it is very well built, heavier than I expected. The only negative in the whole experience was shipping; 12 days from Florida to Utah is too long, I would have paid more for faster shipping. But the valance was very well packaged, and UPS delivered it un-damaged.

Thanks for your review! I'm glad you love your valance, and thanks for the feedback on how we can improve our FREE Shipping.
