I know that I didn't order their product Uplift Firming serum< I told them that I would be sending it back right away but that I had to open the box to put the paper work that they sent me in it.. I wasn't even going to open the box but , I wasn't sure what was in the box so, now i have to pay t send it back. I am not happy at all with that process.

Try to order 1 City Beauty Li e Blurring. The order is overlaid by order of 2 its impossible to order just one then you are charged shipping. Not risking it again.

I placed my order with City Beauty on Feb. 8. My cc was charged on Feb 9. As of Feb 29, I have still not received confirmation of shipment or a legitimate reason for delay. My cc should have never been charged until product is shipped. I wish i had read reviews here first before submitting my order. Looks like others are having the same experience. Needless to say, I can not review the product itself. Update to this review (03/01/24) City Beauty reached out through email to explain that due to the popularity of their product it was out of stock & they should be shipping by the end of March & they would refund my $$. This was sufficient for me.

I ordered the City Lips offer for two tubes at the beginning of February and advised shipping would be 14-28 days. I chased this week and have been told there is NO stock available. No-one from CB advised me after placing the order, no dates for future stock - and these people are just sitting on my money - and probably a lot of other people's money as well - gaining interest and not bothering to advise if we will ever receive anything. ATROCIOUS customer service - WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS - why do you continue to offer 241 deals on FB when you don't have any and haven't fulfilled orders from weeks ago????????? Further to your response - I had already contacted Customer Service as you have detailed and my experience was the response I received from your customer service! Someone interesting has now contacted me back and told me the products are in stock and they are on their way - even though apparently this will be at no extra cost to me! As I have paid already I am not sure why they are saying this - I have paid and not received - let's see if the products actually arrive!

I bought the city lash with high expectations. After using it twice a day for 5 months my lashes show no change. They are still thin and no added length. I would not recommend this product.

I bought their eyelash product. It burns in your eyes and does nothing at all.

I like many others have committed to this product (plumber) only to be disappointed. It does absolutely nothing. Nothing. Essentially, it's overpriced goop. I understand results may vary from person to person but surely there would some change (even if little). Makes me wonder how many of the positive reviews are paid 🤔

I bought 2 tubes of the City Beauty clear lip plumper. I have found that this product does absolutely no plumping. It just puts gooey, sticky shiny stuff on the lips. I want to return these products.
