I placed on order on the 10 th August, it is now 17th September and still no product. I have sent several emails and have NO response from your so called customer care people. You were happy to take my money and not send the product I purchased. I too feel scammed. I will never buy anything from your company ever again. I will warn other Aussies. 20th September and still no response from this company. 😡 See, still no response. Pathetic. So I guess I have lost $89.00

My single order was put on repeat and there is no option to cancel. The phone number does not work and customer service email has not responded. I feel Scammed.

Total scam. They scam into buying more and the product is totally a scam. Better to buy some vitamin e cream for the same result and much cheaper.

The line blurring wrinkle filler does absolutely nothing.

I bought the Advanced sculpting cream which retails for $70. First the smell is so strong and unpleasant. I was willing to look past it if it delivers which it doesn't. Does not absorb well doesn't moisturize and it pills. I attempted multiple times to post my review on their site and it won't allow me to post it. Customer service makes you jump through hoops to return. I spent $200 on 2 orders I would expect better products and better customer satisfaction. I bought it in April but my interactions with their reps and my attempts to share my review have been this month. I'm not certain of the exact dates

Previously order I have had no complaints but most recent order, included among other products, were 3 bottles of Uplift Firming Serum but unfortunately I cant open them. I have turned the gold cap which then allows the white "button" on top to pop up but that's it. The gold cap does not come off the jar and there is no serum that comes out of the popped up white button. I watched the video but that did not show exactly how it works. I would like to know how to access the serum and use it. I would appreciate if someone answers to this comment. Failing this I request a refund of 3 bottles of serum that are not able to be used. City Beauty is TERRIBLE! Do not waste your money with them. I have been a pro MUA for over 10 years and have never experienced such awful service and policies. They are still shipping things to me 6 months after I cancelled my order, and if i want a refund, I am stuck paying for return shipping on items I cancelled months ago due to their tardiness in shipping!!! Since I purchase a lot of product for my business, I try to support other smaller businesses so I thought I would give them a shot. The lip glosses were eh, like drug store quality. The wrinkle filler did not even work, no product would dispense so I sent it back (on my dime) for a refund. Months went by and then they sent me another that I now also have to return and I am stuck paying for shipping on that as well. I placed my order in November and am still getting product I cancelled last December, in April of the next year! All their customer service will say is that they "don't offer return labels." Total scam

The woman on the ad says ‘every time I wear this people say did you get your lips done?’ The answer to this is yes she clearly has had her lips filled. It’s got absolutely nothing to do with the supposed lip plumper. My friend bought it, it did nothing at all it was just horribly sticky I tried it, I agree. Judging by the reviews the customer service matches it. Both awful. At least they’re consistent.
