I placed an order last week for 2 tubes. At the check out screen I was offered 3 tubes and assumed that this was INSTEAD of the 2 tubes. I now find that I have in fact ordered 5 tubes. I feel that the checkout is designed to confuse the buyer. I am in Australia and with the exchange these 2 purchases have now cost me $300!!! I have not received anything yet which is fine but it had better work for that price

Ordered 1 lipstick, software suggested I order 2 as received a good discount, then again another offer for 3 lipsticks for $100USD. So I did. 24 hours later noticed $460 NZD taken from my bank account. Temporarily blocked my bank card, alerted my bank of this fraud, and e mailed City Beauty asking why they had taken so much money from my account and also to CANCEL my order. Didn’t sleep too well that night. The next morning I had received an apologetic e mail from City Beauty saying they were cancelling my order, refunding me the total amount as I was a new customer and therefore unfamiliar with their website. The money was back in my account a few hours later. So, whilst I was victim to a very confusing website, City Beauty did respond accordingly. I will not, however, be using it again. Advice, if you do order products from this company - be aware of “add ons” / offers when ordering. You may end up with more products that’s you ordered and spending a lot more of your hard earned money than you planned.

I bought 2 tubes of City Lips, paid using Paypal and was then redirected back to the site where I was offered 3 for the price of 2 tubes. I accepted the offer then realised I'd created 2 orders and paid for 5 tubes. I immediately contacted City Beauty via the webchat and email and was told it wouldn't be possible to cancel one of the orders. It was a very expensive mistake. Update: City Beauty reached out with an apology and offered a coupon to cover the cost of the extra tubes of City Lips. They also said that they're in the process of redesigning the website and ordering pages so hopefully what happened to me won't happen again. I appreciate the efforts they've made to resolve the situation.

Used multi action sculpting cream. A nice enough moisturiser, but that’s all it is. Don’t believe the hype. Won’t buy it again

I have only been using the crepe skin cream for a week so I can not really give a good review.

I just received shipment of 3 jars each sculpting cream and body balm. The body balm goes on smoothly and feels good. The facial sculpting cream is disappointing. The jar is less than 2/3 the amount and it is thick and difficult to apply. I use toner and a light Vitamin C serum. There are flaky bits of the cream that remain. When I apply sunscreen it causes more flaking. I’m wondering if I received a jar someone returned. No way is this cream absorbed: it sits on the surface

The cream is very soothing on my skin and I especially like that it is not greasy. I have nothing bad to say about it but after 3/4 weeks of use I only have the prior statement as to my opinion of the product so far.

I feel there is an improvement with my face but the neck area is still bad. I will try one more jar and if no more improvements I will ask to stop the shipments. Being honest Carol Heckman
