Very disappointed in the products I received. The Redensifying brow serum appears to have hardly any product in it - feels like just a dry brush on my brows. The City Lips product is very thick and makes my lips very dry. The line blurring wrinkle filler does absolutely nothing at all. No response from customer service to return the items as they guarantee you can. Also if you purchase from this company be aware you will be charged for importing the items in to the uk. Very poor experience all round. Have provided City Beauty with the further information they requested after posting my review. Still absolutely no response. Based on my experience if you think City Beauty will honour their 60 day money back guarantee, please don’t waste your money. Emailed customer service again about their lack of response and advised would use the chargeback function on my credit card to recoup the costs of the products. Unsurprisingly this got a response. So I am now going to have to spend more money to send useless products back to City Beauty at more cost to me. Please do not buy products from this company unless you are sure they are effective for you.

Bottle of Lid Lifting Treatment is 90% air. I paid $67 for a tube of air!!!

No email with return instructions received either... as claimed by city beauty Over 2 weeks and numerous emails later No response at all and no return address either Very bad product and custumer service They need tho change their attitude Feels like been taken for a ride. Probably true. Oh well life is a rollercoaster after all

Great marketing! I bought some of their products for some time. Since one year though I wonder why they sell products that were manufactured in 2022. Multi-Action Sculpting Cream, MFG 1/22 Latest 2 Invisi Crepe Body Balm, MFG 11/22. In a time where we are concerned about chemicals and more, I wonder how they can sell 2 year ol products and nobody complains!

I have been buying from City Beauty for a couple of years and have never had a problem...until now. I received an email telling me that my order had been delivered which was pretty incredible as it had apparently been delivered to an address that didn't exist! It had my name, suburb, state and country but no street name or number! I've sent multiple emails and messages via the webpage but have received no reply. I'm pi**ed off because I like the products, but I like them even more if I actually receive them!

Billed 23 August $68 US and never received product and now get charged again $68US for same product when I have already cancelled with them last month. Do not order as they will take your money automatically and not respond to complaints. I wish I can rate zero star!

Finally my order arrived, completely missing an item I have been billed for and no 2for1 being honoured. Now after about 8 messages from me, still no response, missing item, incorrect billing. APPALLING!!! How do I get my money back and a response from this company. Very, very poor and unprofessional behaviour from what I had thought was a successful company.
