City BeautyReviews of citybeauty.com

I took the special order of 3 for the reduced price. I had to pay £28 in import tax before the post office could deliver it. This was 2019 before we exited the EU. I love the cream, I definitely saw results. I'm just finishing my last pot but will not be re-ordering. I have ordered different items from the USA and have never been charged import tax, so I will never order anything again for that reason.

Your products are above and beyond the normal cosmetic care for aging skin. Your service is prompt and accurate in most cases. I received Micro Biome when I believe I ordered Super sculpting creme. Nevertheless, I shall not stop using any of your products as in themselves, they each perform exactly as advertised. My 2 favorites are the sculpting creme and city lips clear. Sandy Bagwell

This is an okay product. I love the smell of it and the moisturizer is great, however I haven't notice an obvious change in my skin since using it. I've had it for a few weeks.

This just seemed like very expensive moisterizer you would get in the drugstore.

This review is not about the product (which I haven’t received yet) it’s about their customer service. I thought I was paying 70$ for 2 jars of cream when I clicked on a special offer. The next day my bank account said I had been charged $133 for 3 jars of cream. I have never even tried this product- but was hoping for the best by getting 2 jars. When I contacted customer service they were not accommodating in the least and just said “sorry.” So now I have to deal with this headache of returning the product- when I have a strong feeling that they could just cancel it and refund my money (I just ordered yesterday- a Sunday !) Be very careful what you agree to with this company- they seem pretty scammy to me.😡

These guys push their products hard and keep applying discounts. What’s not made obvious is if you’re buying from Europe, you have to pay an additional customs tax On top which is up to €25. Therefore your order won’t be delivered to you until you pay this additional cost. Very misleading.

I have ordered several products from City Beauty. The Lip plumper is nice but no lasting effect. Have been using the Sculpting Cream for over an week. Feels nice but will have to wait to see if it lives up to the advertising hype. I am still waiting for the Spot Corrector since March. I have written 3 emails. Customer Service is TERRIBLE. Cant get through to Chat. Not happy!

I purchased City Beauty Multi-Action Sculpting Cream several months ago and have used as directed every day. I have noticed no difference in my skin, except some pimples appearing occasionally. It is very greasy and is not absorbed and seams to lay on the surface of my skin. I am am over 53 and I do not expect miracles, I just expected the texture of my skin to improve and fine lines to be less obvious. I didn't expect the skin to tighten, as promised in the advertising, but I did expect some small improvement. I purchased 2 jars to save money and instead, I just wasted money. I would have been better off buying another jar of Derma-e, which works better, especially if you use a derma roller. Save your money.
