City BeautyReviews of citybeauty.com

Not plumping even a little! Customer service will ignore you. Don’t fall for the aggressive social media it’s not working at all.

I ordered one wrinkle filler and was sent an email that i.got 3 body balms also. I called and was told I have to return it when it comes. And pay postage. I didn't order/ want this. I have no way to return this or anyone who can do this for me. This is not fair. I can't afford this!!

City Beauty is an absolute nightmare to deal with! The product is horrible Lips —terrible texture, doesn’t work, and completely fails to deliver on any promises. But the worst part? Their customer service. I canceled my account and requested a refund multiple times, yet they ignored all my emails and still send me another order I never authorized. It’s clear they do not care about their customers. Save your money and avoid the frustration. There are better companies out there with better products and, most importantly, customer service that actually listens.

Very misleading, bought it for the holiday parties to use what a disappointment, Definitely. Returning it for a full refund. Do not waste your time or money.

Terrible Service, online specials are misleading you into thinking you are adding an extra one but actually adds an entire duplicate order + 1, so they charge you twice. Products take months to arrive and when you email they ignore you with no reply. Note they have no option to Google Review which is obviously for a reason!

UPDATE: 5/12/24 WORTHLESS GUARANTEE! 26/11 Hi, and thanks for the response on trust pilot. I have emailed support at city beauty a few days ago and wait ti hear from them as to how to return. If all goes well and they come back to me as you say, then that will be very reassuring for future cistomers as im sure everyone is different and in the video i saw the girl was very convincing that city lips worked for her, its a shame city lips didnt do so for me. I look forward to hearing from customer care, and will update when i do. Many thanks 1/11 first update: I received an email from trustpilot asking for more information. I had realised that i think i also qualified for a free brush which i didnt recieve. However im not 100pc on that. But i did request a refund under their satusfaction guarantee so maybe they are looking into it which is a good sign. I have completed my order no and info requested so fingers crossed. I will keep you updated if I hear anything else. Hopefully if they do the refund I can reassure others that if it doesn't work for them, which I have heard can happen, they honour the guarantee. Thx .....Hi I have been considering buying city lips plumpers and saw lots of ads saying how city lips plumps up lips brilliantly.however, after waiting excitedly for it to arrive I was so disappointed. It didn't change the appearance of my lips at all. I have contacted citylips to ask about the 60 day satisfaction guarantee and i await to hear. Maybe it works for some and not for othets. I will update the review once I hear.

I made and paid for 3 separate orders totalling over $300 AUD 2 months ago and to date have received none of them. I have emailed customer service on 3 separate occasions and received no response other than generic emails advising they will contact me 24-48 hours later….. but NOTHING. I either want my order or my money back disgusting service.

What went wrong was I made the decision to order two Clear lip Plumpers because I was offered a deal to receive 4 of them. I didn't get the two bonus plumpers that were offered.. surprise, surprise. Due to the difference between the Canadian & US dollar, not to mention the tax we as Canadians pay, it wasn't really worth it to me to purchase two without the bonus. I won't be purchasing from your company in the future.
