I have to say I was skeptical that City Multii-Action sculping cream could actually have any lifting effect on my jowl area. I was pleasantly surprised at my results. That in combination with a Halo laser treatment and I think I accomplished what would normally taken cosmetic surgery to achieve. I will definitely be reordering.
