I called because I had returned the product with an RMA form included and the credit was not refunded. Customer Service was unpleasant, not helpful, did not listen to the answers given, short. It appeared as if she did not get the answer she expected in her mind she did not hear the answer. She did eventually take care of the refund.... so she said. It is a week since this took place and the refund still has to be reflected in my credit card. Will it??

Update** Order number 053377791 I got sucked into buying the plumping lipgloss after reading the great reviews. Sadly the gloss was very painful on my lips, made them go bright red. I persevered for about 10 days, I used it twice a day, I really wanted it to work!! It made no difference to my lips in any way. I contacted the company for a refund, firstly they offered me 40% refund and keep the product, I declined and so they sent me all the details of how to return it. I would have to cover the cost of postage, I’m in the UK and frankly it wouldn’t have been worth it. Very helpful customer service. So I decided to give the gloss to my sister, she found it stung her lips and like me made absolutely no difference to the plumpness of her lips. This was NOT money well spent, it’s an expensive gloss that doesn’t work. I wish the reviews had been true for me.

I don't want this stuff sent to me anymore and I can't figure out how to make it stop.

I was attempting to restock. I’m VERY pleased with the product and had questions re:adding new product. I had questions about use and couldn’t get the HELP connection to work.

I order the lip plumper and it comes monthly. I tried to get it to skip a month but couldn't. I'm getting a lot of extra's. I do love the product but I Then I ordered the wrinkle eraser just to try and some how got a double order. I tried to cancel one with in a day but was unable so now I have 5 tubes of that.

ORD-056166289 disappointed with customer service , I have no response to emails , managed to contact someone on live chat but that was 10pm English time .I can't cancel a subscription the website doesn't acknowledge cancellations ...very difficult to communicate with anyone

I ordered a special of “buy one get one free” City Lips gloss. I only received ONE in the box delivered to me. Very disappointed because I felt like I was getting a good deal.

I like the product but the order was messed up - I’ve received and charged for 5 extra tubes and no response from customer service to fix the order. I now have 11 tubes.
