I ordered the lip plumbing and it didn't work. Emailed so many times, no response. I would never buy from them again. Worst customer service.

Your product didn't work! So, I wouldn't even give you a 1 star but it didn't work!! I'd like a refund actually. My daughter said it caused her lips to burn!

Wanted to try this product for my lips to see if there was any difference bought 2 lip plumpers for $135 thinking they would last more then a month and plump my lips up more was very disappointed that this product did not work it only looked plumped while wearing it plus it was sticky wearing the lip gloss not impressed ☹️

The product does absolutely nothing and the applicator comes apart at the bottom. A total waste of a lot of money.

I was very disappointed with the product - the product, at first, worked, however after a few applications, left my lips dry and irritated. My goal was to slightly plump and hydrate my lips - this product did neither.

Ordered 3 products with subscription and ended up requesting a return of the mascara because it’s so terrible. Their website states you can get a full refund up to 60 days after you receive an item. I cancelled the subscription for the mascara only. Sent the mascara back with my own shipping label because they didn’t provide one, and when they received the mascara they only refunded $17.02 instead of the $31. I also got an email stating they were sorry to see me go and they cancelled the subscription for the other two items. I have sent 2 emails about the balance if my refund being due for the mascara and so far, no response. The Lid Lifting treatment is a joke, and I have zero faith in this company so everything is going to be sent back. Can’t wait to warn others on social media.

I just got out of the hospital and received an email stating my subscription was getting ready to ship. It stated that if I wanted to change the date for delivery I could. So I called and talked to Ciara who was so rude. First she told me it was too late to change it and that it shipped already. Then I stated why does the email state that I could change it? So I just asked to cancel my account. She then said what day do you want to change delivery too. I was confused and said that you just told me you couldn't do it because it shipped. I stated I would accept the order that was shipped and to again cancel the account. She with her less than professional monotone voice said she canceled it. I asked for confirmation at which time she said you will receive what's necessary and hung up on me. I have never dealt with an online Company with such poor Customer Service. And I really wanted to continue and only wanted to change one delivery. But with that attitude it's not worth my time or money.

On 31st December 2024, I used my credit card to purchase two items from City Beauty for my wife. I received an order confirmation the next day. I noted that the order was to be automatically repeated every 30 days with payments being made through the credit card I had used for the purchase. I did not want to reorder without seeing how the product worked so I contacted them. I received an acknowledgement that I would be contacted within 24 - 48 hours. No contact made but a few days later I received an email from them headed "Got a minute?" asking me to write a review of how the Customer Care Centre had performed with regard to my enquiry. I replied that there had not been any contact. I sent further emails (6 in total) and also contacted City Beauty via their website, asking to cancel the recurring payments. Same thing happened on each occasion. The email/ website contact was acknowledged but I was never contacted. However, I still received the "Got a Minute?" survey requests. In the end I had to cancel my credit card so that City Beauty would not take out any recurring payments. This the worse service I have ever encountered. I would advise people never to deal with this company unless you want to be ripped off with recurring payments. Trust Pilot received a response from City Beauty advising that my issue had been resolved. It has not or if it has been they have not informed me as to how it has been resolved. These are blatant lies. They even had the nerve to add that I could "reach out" to the Support Team if I had any other issues and also sent another "Got a minute" email asking me to complete a review regarding the service from the Customer Support Team. The customer support team is non-existent. The responses to enquiries/complaints must be in an automated system. The responses from City Beauty are the same for every enquiry/complaint. Avoid this company like the plague!!
