Product great. Arrived quickly. Website for ordering was confusing....never showed the quantity during process of the BOGO.

I've been using city lips for a couple months now, works great. Couldn't live without it.

I originally purchased City Lips years ago for lip plumping. Although I do notice some temporary plumping, it is not significant enough for me to use it exclusively for that purpose. HOWEVER, it is the absolutely best product I have ever used to eliminate chapped lips. I put it on nightly before bed and wake up with smooth lips. I have used this product for years and have tried other products but nothing else compares to the results I get with City Lips. My only complaint about the product is the cost but it is the one beauty product that I use faithfully every day.

Delivery is very slow and some orders are not received at all. The products are excellent.

I really like this product,but I still have line around my mouth area I have order at least 6 times ,I will try one more time

I would actually give them a 5 star rating if it was just based on the clear or plum springs lip gloss. I absolutely LOVE them. The way they look and feel is outstanding. I was disappointed with the red lip gloss, since it bled so much.

Products are excellent and do what they say. I am hooked for sure. I never go to bed without putting on another coat of City Lips. My dressing table is full of products with dark blue packaging. Hooked, I tell you.

I have only been using the product for 1 month and so far I like it. I have been faithful to use it every morning and every evening. Will be anxious to see if I have substantial results after using product for 6 months. I did just change the frequency of my order as I still have 1/2 a jar left after a month of use.
