This product is terrible. It actually enhanced the fine lines around my eyes making me look 20 times older. I unfortunately bought 2 jars and it is too expensive to ship back. Total waste of money. Going in the garbage as well as $120.

I’m more than half through my 2nd jar. It’s been a total disappointment. I will not be ordering any more.

As a repeat customer, I'm totally disappointed with the level of customer service with my most recent order in November which I have yet to receive. These were Christmas gifts!! They have gotten the address wrong 3 times. I was given a discount for the first undeliverable package (used my old address, home was sold). The 3rd attempt was again returned to CB. I communicated via email that the zip code was wrong this time and package was being returned to them. I never received a new package or never got a response to my email. So much time had past that I actually forgot until today. I called today only to be told I had to pay the full amount for the product. When I canceled the order and hang up, I got a call back within minutes from the representative stating that he could give me the discount, but I had to first pay the full amount. I would have to call them when I receive the order for them to apply the discount!!! Is this for really. Do I trust that this would occur NO! What kind of policy is this? I have referred friends as well as being a repeat customer!!! So much time and energy spent to have this be the end result!!!!

Don't buy their lip plumper. It doesn't work and they don't fully refund you. Huge mistake!

I don't want to give this company any stars as they are thorough frauds. I have reported then to the Australian Federal Police and the FBI fraud divisions. If you have been ripped off by these fraudsters do not accept it. Have your bank dispute the transaction. It may take 30 days but it is worth it. I spent AUD $64.00 and was immediately debited $140.00 and the usual email stating that my order had already been shipped. I don't think so as it was the middle of the night in the USA. I have since sent 5 emails and endeavoured to call them but you guessed it no reply. I puchase and test a lot of product from overseas and have never had a problem before. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE OFF THE HOOK LETS BAND TOGETHER TO GET OUR MONEY BACK THERE IS A PAPER TRAIL THROUGH THE BANKING SYSTEM SO IMPLOR YOUR BANK OR PAYPAL TO SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN. I have not idea what their products are like because I don;t really expect to receive any and in the rare event that it does arrive it will be going back at their expense for a refund. I do not want a product that I have been charged more than twice the advertised price for. These people give all the good companies a bad name so come on Aussies stand up for yourselves and anyone else they have ripped off. Dianne Perth WA

I would like to warn potential customers to be careful. After watching the video of this product I thought I'd give it a go. Thinking I'm only ordering the online special of three creams for $108 Australian dollars I find out I had been charged $517.00. the ordering site shows no final amount to confirm your order. Not sure if this is legal. Within minutes of seeing this mistake I emailed three times then read reviews. Of course they don't respond until they say it's already shipped out. If this company was decent with decent products they wouldn't need to be decitful. City beauty do the right thing and acknowledge a mistake was made be refund me the hundreds of dollars. I don't want umpteen jars of cream I've never tried.

I’ve sent these people an email to discontinue an order that my husband placed thinking he was doing the right thing, no reply & I’m not convinced about their product either it’s just another cream that you can buy at the supermarket however at City Beauty prices. So ripped off. 😩😩😩😩

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY"! I purchase two of their products after viewing their Instagram messaging. 2 hours after purchasing I noticed how expensive the amount was, in Canadian dollars, on my visa and immediately emailed explaining to them that it was to expensive and asked for my order to be cancelled. OVER A DAY LATER the response I got back was the order had already been shipped out... that was TWO WEEKS AGO! Yesterday I received an email stating "good news your order has been shipped out", to repeat they shipped out the order YESTERDAY! This company has proven to be very disreputable, I would even use the word slimy. They lied and were not even hiding the fact that they lied. Learn from me and the other people upset this company it is not worth spending any amount of money for the hassles, lies, and disgusting behaviour they have exhibitied!
