Years ago I received good products from CB. Currently their customer service is non-existent. I think they use bots, with a signature made to look like a real person. I paid for an order but over a month later it has not been shipped - that is, not only not delivered, but not even dispatched. The customer service 'person'/bot just responds non-sensically about this, copy-pasting repetitive default replies instead of attempting to solve the problem. Beyond frustrating. It will end up being a claim, as there seems to be no way to access a real/competent/interested person. Shame, because we can't risk more purchases if they waste this amount of our time just trying to receive products or get our money back. If CB don't fix this, it will be their downfall.

No effect. I have been using Invisicrepe body balm for a couple of months as I purchased two tubs as an offer. The cream smells beautiful and applies really well BUT it has NOT made any difference whatsoever to the appearance of my skin. I contacted customer care but could not have a refund as I was out of the warranty time which is fine but my main concern was their lack of care to my response telling them their product hadn’t worked, I would’ve liked an explanation or even an apology not just I couldn’t have a refund as it wasn’t just about the money. I believed in their product feel really disappointed and let down.

Disappointed I was drawn in by the YouTube advert for the lip plumper and I paid £43.71 including delivery. I’ve been using this product for a week without any noticeable effect. I purchased 2faced lip plumper for £13.00 and the 2 glosses work exactly the same way but without leaving a hole in my purse. I’m annoyed at myself for getting sucked in by the marketing of the product. I can’t return it the postage will be expensive and I’ve used it. Holy Moly! Don’t believe the hype! I’ve used the product daily since writing this review and can honestly say tgst I’ve not noticed any difference in my lips at all. Really disappointed I wasn’t expecting to have bee stung lips; however for the price I was expecting something more than an overpriced lip gloss.

I purchased this as I have very thin top lip and hopefully would plump them up… Not done a thing . Complete wast of money unless you already have good lips to start with

This is an update to the review I posted on May 16, 2021. As indicated then I bought 3 jars of body cream and 3 jars of face sculping cream. The body cream is light and moist and seems to absorb into the skin but after a month's use I see no improvement in crepeiness. The jar of face cream was only about half full, very thick and yellow in color. It was difficult to apply, did not absorb but remained flaky and when I put sunscreen over it it was nasty and peeling. When I opened the 2nd jar of face cream a few days ago it was lighter in color and creamier in texture, confirming that the first jar I received was returned by someone half used. It's a bit upsetting to know I used a product returned by someone which could have been contaminated. The cream is still rather thick when applied and I do not see any improvement beyond 10 seconds. When first applied it tightens jar and neck area for about 10 seconds. I did not know I subscribed until I got a shipment notice. I called customer service and they cancelled my subscription, cancelled the shipment and immediately refunded the money for the next shipment. The person did not try to sell me anything else which I really appreciated. This product may work for some individuals but it does nothing for me and I would not waste my money on any more of this product.

I honestly was expecting improvements from one bottle. I am a little unsure whether to purchase more and or give it up like the 20 other products I have tried : would love to know if more time and product are a good idea :

This review is for the City Beauty Illuminating Dark Spot Corrector. There is so much glitter in this product. Way too much sparkles! I'm evaluating if I should continue using it. I'm on my first use, so I don't know of it works as a dark spot corrector or not.

I began by taking a photo in daylight and I've taken a new photo about every other week as I've been using the face cream. I'm almost finished with my second jar (I bought 3). Frankly, I'm pretty disappointed. The cream is silky and rich but other than that, it's done absolutely nothing to improve my skin tone or texture and I've been using it for more than 2 months now. A waste of money and hope for improvement. Just a lot of hype.
