When I received my first order, it was incomplete. I called customer service and they could not have been more helpful. Customer Service issues are opportunities, not problems, and I was pleasantly surprised that City Lips seems to understand that.

When I ordered it, I could not wait to get it. When I tried it I smelled coffee and I love coffee it was silkie and smooth my husband likes it also and My Grandaughter liked it and she is 28 years old and picky like me so I gave here one also.

There were a few things that happened. My original order got lost somewhere. I had placed it on 9/22/24. I checked the tracking number and it kept giving me a message that it was waiting for something in Memphis. I figured it was weather related. I am patient. I called on 10-11-24 and a new shipment went out but I was missing one item. Resolved on 10-21-24 with replacement being sent to me. Good people, good service. Things happen. Everyone is very pleasant to speak to in your customer service department!
