I bought 3 jars of the sculpting cream and am almost finished them all. I used them religiously as per instructions and although they feel and smell nice, they are absolutely useless. And they’re expensive! I would not purchase it again. Don’t waste your money

Still awaiting my delivery and the service is not very helpful they tell you to follow it up yourself pretty much ! Very disappointed in there service to follow up where my parcel is. Or even give you a refund back. So that will be my last time I ever order with a online company where they don’t deliver it’s goods..

Beware if you're in another country; they take double the amount of money they're supposed to, evidently assuming we can't do anything about it. 75 complaints have been lodged with the BBB. Appalling criminal behaviour. Apparently business isn't doing so well and they steal money from customers to make up the short-fall. Evil.

Do not trust CITY BEAUTY . I order $350 of products. they took $850 out of my account saying it was exchange rate. Now they wont even refund any of the money. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT TRUST THEM

I thought at first I would love City Beauty but then as a couple of days went by my skin was looking worse I looked older and I'm always using retinol and Vaseline so it's a lie, City beauty is nothing but taking your money beware beware beware!

This is not a very good website when your customers pay extra for faster delivery and it has now been 6 weeks and are being told December I have been given a wrong tracking number and have no idea where my products are and they dont return emails.

Please take care when purchasing from City Beauty. They charge GST [which in Australia is a sales tax] they are not an Australian company and do not pay tax in this country.

These guys took $140 out of my account. They gave be no email confirmation of purchase. Then told me they don't ship to New Zealand. Had the complete run around from them. Phone number does not work!. Now I'm out of pocket. Be aware!!!
