City BeautyReviews of citybeauty.com

It seems a recurring event that us Aussies are being scammed the same, every red review i read is pretty much my experience. My (god rest her soul) Mother ALWAYS taught me to read everything u can b4 'signing', pity I got sucked in with the awesome actress Victoria's speech the one thing I didn't check, the bloody reviews first.... Dang it at a time LIKE NOW I thought some honesty was still out there, my mistake... I absolutely checked every little charge, extras & the p&h for AUSTRALIA at the "checkout" but these people must of thought "checkout" meant taking extra of my money without explanation ARE U F KIDDING ME, I don't have spare freaking money, human much? I must point out loudly YOUR CHECKOUT PAGE CONVERTED EVERYTHING to Aust dollar, your page knew to ADD P&H (understandable it's not close, NO PROB), IT ALSO ADDED IN OUR G.S.T? You have this set so we've trusted you it's all proper conversion!!! We should not trust anyone outside of OZ!! Way to represent California!! City Beauty, HA, beauty on the outside doesn't change the UGLY in you for allowing this to happen.. DISGRACEFUL...

I was so excited waiting in anticipation for my face cream. I paid for the cream and the shipping on completion of my order and everything was what I thought was legitimate. My order has arrived but the postal company are not giving it to me unless I pay another £15.81p extra shipping. Is this an oversight or have I been scammed???

SCAM SCAM SCAM........DONT get sucked in like I did. I paid what I thought was $76 for the lip plumper. They took $133 out of my bank. I waited 2 months for nothing. I demanded a refund. They refunded me $78 Australian. So where is difference. Crooks. How much money are they making if they do this to all Australians.????????? Good job CROOKS

I think this is a scam. I have waited over 2 months for product that supposedly arrived in Sydney on 5 June. Poor communication. Non existent product, nothing to show for $125. Bad experience. Buyer beware. My fake tracking number is UM125607125US which says it arrived in Sydney on June 5 There is no further information on the tracking website and no way of making an enquiry which is very weird. I should have known better than to get sucked in by pop up adds on the internet. Your reply to me doesn't make sense. You state "We are unable to locate your order with a tracking number but are able to locate your order with the order number on your email order confirmation. Please provide the order number...." you've just said that you have the order number...so why are you asking me for the order number as well?? If you were an authentic business you would have a record of my emailed and written order....so why are you emailing me asking for my shipping address and order number?? Nothing you do is genuine, you are just scam merchants ripping people off. Shame Shame SHAME on you.

(CBIDSC-2X) City Beauty Illuminating Dark Spot Corrector It does not fulfill as advertised. Takes 2 months to arrive. Even orders over $50. Is not free shipping outside of their own country. After item has left their own country they do not communicate about tracking. within the their terms of sale - I am seeking a refund.

I have seen excellent results in the past three weeks. Laugh lines are smoothed out and skin feels soft and supple.

I ordered my product in March 2020. Understand, we have been through a global crisis - however we are now 3 months into it. I received an email after I complained saying it was being shipped just like others I had received before. Still nothing- very disappointing I would never recommend. And funnily enough; they also don’t advertise on my FB or insta anymore!!

City beauty took £109. 00 from my account. I was waiting weeks for the delivery. On checking the track site, it showed that my goods could not be delivered without me paying a further £26.00 delivery charge. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. The refund was made but I only received £99.00. After several emails to the company they say they cannot refund me the full amount as the exchange rate has changed since I placed the order. So, I have no cream and I am £ 10.00 down for absolutely nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Their customer service is a a disgrace. You will beoutof pocket and the cream is useless ( a friend managed to get hold of a jar) buy the Bootsno7 range instead, really works!
