The cream is soft and non irritating but I have seen no sculpting benefits and will not reorder

I am very pleased with the products I have purchased but beware residents of UK. I had to pay £17 customs duty as Royal Mail kept my parcel. Apparently if it had been valued under £15 it would have been duty free.

Product was paid and sent out for delivery on 7/7/20. City Beauty use Asendia as their carrier. My package tracking number says that my package has been stuck in transit for a month now. I’ve contacted both Asendia and City Beauty and they both hand ball it to each other for further assistance. No one seems to want to initiate an investigate with the USPS. Looks like I’ll never see my package arrive. Be careful with Asendia. I’ve looked them up and they have very bad reviews. Be careful when ordering through city beauty

Don't deal with these people!!! Ordered product and was charged twice. Over $220.00. Haven't seen the product and haven't seen my money. They are no longer answering my e-mails. I live in Australia. So if you are an Aussie, don't get sucked in. They are not a responsible company to deal with. Stay clear of them.

Ordered from Australia - two products and did not get my order. City beauty in USA did not do a thing about it . Told me to speak to my customs department. No they don’t even respond to emails.

To anyone thinking of purchasing anything from this company.. dont do it. I made a a purchase of $35 + p & h ($9) got charged $76 & they took another $87 out of my account. The 'product' finally arrived months later, after trying too many times to contact to no avail. What i got was a way overpriced 80's lip gloss that does nothing. Total rip off!! Do not deal with this company!

CITY- MULTI-ACTION SCULPTING CREAM. I have only just received my product this morning so I can't yet comment on how well it does or doesn't work. It took a few weeks to arrive but the post is COVID-slow at the moment. Fine. The product cost me £43 + £9.99 for p&p. Imagine my horror when I was billed by the PO for a further £21.38 for Custom Fees. So it COST ME £77.36... DISGRACEFUL.
