I have been using the cream for about two weeks. I have really dry skin, and have noticed very fine lines are evening out. My dry skin feels very hydrated and soft, and I notice instantly if I have not applied it. Very nice cream, will continue to use it.

I ordered sculpting serum from City Beauty on Sept 23. Very excited about trying it out based on all positive reviews. Received email on 25th stating that due to Covid, shipping could possibly be delayed. No further contact about product. Called company on Oct 5 to get update on my order, only to be told they are out of stock and don’t expect this item until the end of Oct. I feel this company is unprofessional dealing with their customers. I should not have to chase down company to get info. Why did the order go through and why was I charged if this product was not even available when I ordered? Disgusting way to run a business.

I cancelled an order straight away ...well before item was shipped...but city beauty still kept the shipping costs...That is NOT A FULL REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER...BEWARE OF CITY BEAUTY....

City beauty have without my consent withdrawn money out of my Bank there are 2 transactions amounting to almost $200.00 They do not answer phone and staff are not allowed to call you! Warning if this does not ring alarm bells then go ahead and let them rip you off when we are in covid crises around world

I ordered 3 items in July. I received a shipping notification in August. The shipping notification shows that the items have never shipped. Called and emailed and called and emailed again. Customer service has said, August 12, that they will send really send the shipment. Today September 4, I received a shipping notification that a new shipping label has been made, but the item is still not shipped. Seriously. Waiting for lip gloss since July 2. Over 2 months. Not so great.
