Web Site is terrible. Easy to place multiple orders, no way to edit before ordering.

I am still waiting to receive my order.

Ordered what I thought was 2 sculpting creams l was told shipping was free but got charged $9.95 . When processing the order other offers popped up and unknowingly I clicked on them . Order didn’t review until after it had gone through and I had ordered over $400 worth of products that I didn’t want or need. I did an online chat on the same day but was told I was too late to cancel the order as it had already processed, but Once I received the products I could send them back under the 60 day money back guarantee. Today I have had a letter from parcel force saying that I need to pay £46.43 customs charges before they will deliver a parcel from the us. I have no idea if this is the complete order or part of it as I was given 4 different order numbers. I will also have to pay for the privilege of sending these products back !! Nightmare experience from start to finish.

Customer service sucks. Order is 33 days and still waiting, meanwhile taking more money out of my account for renewed subscription. When asked to cancel the new subscription and refund, said they did cancel, but no mention of a refund. Scammers !!!

I just ordered and chose the option for 3 items advertised as free shipping to induce multiple purchases. When it got to the checkout point shipping of 9.95 was added anyway... Disgusted by the misrepresentation. Makes me distrust everything else about this company and products

This lip plumper is just a glorified lip gloss and a sticky one at that. Dont waste your money. Does nothing but leave your lips very sticky. I would give a - star absolutely rubbish, dont get caught up in the hype. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I bought the lip gloss to plump up thin lips. This product was thick and hard to apply and did not work at all. I wrote to advise of my disappointment and got a reply basically telling me how to apply it!! It’s not rocket science to apply lip gloss. The product did not do what it’s advertised to do. Simple!

Why do city beauty bombard me with images of before and after faces that are obviously exactly the same image that has been photoshopped (badly) to remove wrinkles etc - how can their product be any good if they have to resort to this?
