I have been buying City Lips for over a year and I won't use anything else now. I was not completely satisfied with another one of their products. I called into the customer service number, did not have to hold long and they made sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution. I give them full marks for total customer satisfaction. I have ordered twice from City Beauty. The product arrived quickly. When I opened the package I realized I had accidentally checked a box that doubled my order. I emailed the company and got an immediate response. I was able to return part of the product and got a refund for the part I returned. Since then I have ordered again. Their customer service is top notch and they have gained a loyal customer because of it. Thank you City Beauty!
