It takes forever to get it delivered and tricks you into buying more then you like by not cashing out right away . I was charged 90 and I only wanted to spend 35.But all in all I like the product

This stuff is a scam , drys your lips out and there is no plumping at all !

I have tried to stop this and this company did not respond.

Do not buy from them it doesn’t arrive. They then send the same email each time you ask where it is. The tracking reference only shows USA side of the tracking. They take no responsibility!!! It just never arrived Just don’t bother.

I haven’t received my order ....... 7 January.......... paid all the money by Pay Pal No correspondence at all........ i am not a happy bunny Ann Hunt .....

I have reached out to you via email 3 times already about an incorrect order I received recently, and no one has answered me yet. I am very frustrated as I want to try your product! The order I received #CB4184054 was for Nancy Frick 4101 Boxwood drive Columbia, SC places 1/23/21. My name & address was on the outside of this package but when I opened it, her invoice & product was in here. Please advise what I should do.Her order includes10 lip glosses & I believe I only ordered 5.

Totally disappointed. Payment taken immediately following the order, nothing delivered. I have reported this to my bank and all orders have been cancelled.
