Does not work had a fan blowing g on my face for 1 hour the wrinkle filler would not dry then the next day had a rash the tube had very little in it for what is paid I want to return this product now

I guess im just underwhelmed. I expected much more from the reviews and price.

The product didn’t do what they claimed. All the lines on my face are the exact same I wish I would stop trying these crazy products that make ridiculous claims to the elderly we live on a fixed income and it hurts to spend money on things that don’t work!! I missed the return date by 3 days!!

I am always honest and I was soooo disappointed with City Beauty have been buying your products for a few years now and I am nearly 80yrs and I found the city lips for day and night work for me my lips are always hydrated and never seem to dry out like they use! When I put my order in a few days ago I ticked the box to say only 1 city lips but you kept offering different specials.When I checked my PayPal account you sent me 2separete orders for not $29.95 but $77.33 for each product with absolutely no reduction.When I checked my bank account taken out $77.$33x2 I cancelled the order within 10mins of ordering you then stating you had sent my order in that short time. 🐖 🐂 unbelievable 😢😢😢

I bought the City Lips, buy 1, 1 free. I kept reading about the amazing results that were happening. I'm disappointed. I'm looking for smokers lips help, the advertising had black lines on smokers lips and showed them being filled in when City Lips was applied. It certainly isn't helping mine. Very disappointed.

So two stars because this is a very nice lipgloss. If it was a tenner in Superdrug, I’d be a regular buyer, but it doesn’t plump, it doesn’t reduce lip lines and it doesn’t make lips even just look fuller beyond what a 3 quid gloss does. The claims are hugely misleading and inflated. I can only imagine that good reviews come from people who, never in their lives, have used even a smear of Vaseline on their lips. For over 40 quid I actually feel like I’ve been mugged!

This is about City Beauty City Lips - Clear On the video it shows a HUGE difference, I show 0 difference, in terms of plumping. PLUS at checkout you are then bombarded with all of these other products and 'deals' just trying to get the total $ up. Only shady products do this. AND the product hadn't arrived yet, and I get an email saying it was discontinued, but here is the all new 10x better replacement.

Back in June 2023 I ordered a package of products but only part of the order arrived. I was informed that some of the products were out of stock (they should not have accepted the order if this was the case) but I agreed to wait until it was back in stock. After waiting several months and on looking at their website, I saw that it was back in stock, so I emailed them and asked when I could expect to receive the remainder. They promised to send it straightaway but to date, nothing. I contacted them again and was told they would look into it but again, nothing. It's a shame as I like the product but will never order from them again - as I feel they never had any intention of either refunding me or actually sending the products. Very disappointed customer!!
