DO NOT buy any products from this company. I made a purchase of a product for 46.00. I never received the product. I contacted customer service and they said they had no record of purchase but took the money. I contacted then again with receipt and was informed they would ship it that day. Never received it. I contacted them again and they said it was never shipped but they would ship it again. I asked why this keeps happening and if i could escalate my complaint. Next day no response but a refund for only 14.00 of the 46.00. Horrible company practice and customer service!!!

Zero stars if that were possible. I purchased the clear City Lips and followed the instructions exactly. The product does not deliver any of the results claimed in the advertising. There is no visible plumping effect whatsoever. This is nothing more than an overpriced lip gloss. A £1.50 Vaseline does a better job for a fraction of the cost. I feel completely misled by the marketing. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer services, I was told I could return the item only if I paid return postage — despite already paying for delivery. Being expected to pay twice for shipping to return a product that does not meet its advertised claims is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing.

Oh my goodness I was so excited when I ordered this, not about paying shipping, but I decided to take a chance because I did read the reviews and people seem to like it. I must be one of the few dissenting people. I was horrified after applying it and catching a view of myself in the mirror. I can’t decide if I look like the Joker or that my two-year-old granddaughter had applied lipstick to my lips. I bought the clear lip plumping product and it made my lips this garish color of pink and looked like someone colored outside the lines of my lips. Or maybe an elderly woman who has a shaky hand. I just called to return it but here’s the deal: you get 60 days to return it but you pay shipping and then they make you pay shipping back to them so I’m not really happy with this company.

This product accentuates the lines in my lips. It’s is sticky and very annoying. A very disappointing purchase. I was so excited when I read about the product. It definitely didn’t live up to its claims. Customer has to pay to return product. I dont recommend wasting your money!

First of all I bought the lip plumper and I was highly disappointed because it did not plump my lips and was also very sticky. Then I also do not remember ever subscribing to any membership to keep getting the lip plumber. A month later I got another package in the mail from them to my surprise and it was the lip plumper. So I call and try to return it and they told I have to pay money out of my pocket to cover the shipping cost. I do not recommend this company or this product Highly disappointed!! Never again.

Product in US$, so if yr in Australia it will cost nearly double...and on that note dont waste your money product did not make any difference at all...I got anti wrinkle cream...did nothing

I love their mascara but ... what a poor customer service! My order was sent to another address than the one entered. I notified City Beauty, they entered another order. I asked them to pay attention to the shipping address. Upon receiving shipment confirmation of this replacement order, it was again indicating the wrong address. Notified them again, it was confirmed various times by CS that the address was updated and I would receive my order at the address I entered. But it was not, it was again delivered at another address than the one I entered and which is stored in my account.
