I purchased the dark spot remover and it was a total waste of money! Absolutely no difference, not even a little fading. Too good to be true Don’t waste your time or money

Terrible customer service. My parcel took twice as long to receive than I was told it would. I bought it for a present and it was received to late so I had to buy something else. It cost me over £10 to return disgusting I think they should have paid return costs for failing to deliver on time.

Ordered this product with 100% guaranty if not happy with results. I aged with this product in 1 1/2 weeks! With each day looking in the mirror any wrinkles were getting worse. Called to let them know and get my money refunded. Was told I had to pay return shipping to get my money back! If I didn't ship this product back to them I would only get a 40% refund! I bitched loudly. When I finally agreed to send this product back I was given number for return then this operator told me that manager will give me a full refund and can do with the product as I see fit, did not have to send it back. Do yourself a favor, if your cream is working, stay with it. Wish I had.

Rubbish customer services. Really unhelpful. City Beauty said parcel had been delivered. Parcel entered UK but City Beauty put a bar on it reaching me. Turns out it was with Royal Mail and a £90 customs charge had to be paid before I could have it. Why didn't City Beauty add it to the price of delivery and then I wouldn't have had to faff around calling California for 50 minutes, to find out where the parcel had disappeared to?! When I asked for the address of where the parcel was sat, City Beauty refused to tell me and kept me on hold for a further 15 minutes just to annoy me! Wretched company. Won't ever be buying from them again!

Update: product finally arrived 19th Feb 2020. Basically a lip gloss no lip plumping effect what so ever. Email received from City Beauty to say that my order (# 336423631) had shipped from their warehouse on 9th Jan 2021. It still has not arrived. I emailed customer care and received reply saying exactly what I already knew from previous email. Tracking numbers you receive from City Beauty only show until item leaves their warehouse and no further. As of today’s date I still haven’t received my product.

Very disappointed - still waiting on my 2 orders to arrive after placing them over a month ago. Communication with City Beauty is also very disappointing. Still awaiting their response after emailing them 2 days ago on details regarding my orders so they can update me on my shipment. Also, cannot find any Live Chat option on their website. 1. Never received the item ordered and when I have contacted them by email I just get a standard response. Dont waste your money with this company, I am now raising a dispute through PayPal...dont understand where all the good reviews are coming from....its a scam!

City Beauty Multi Action Sculpting Creme - did not work for me at all. Not keen on the smell as very chemical and if you put foundation on overtop within 10min, it goes into little blobs of lumpy make-up. Not sure who has more than 10min to wait around for it to soak in? Doesn't dry quickly in the Australian humidity. Found $20 serums from Chemist work better and you have no down-time before foundation goes on.
