Where can I purchase the City Firming Serum safely in the UK?

Company is illegally charging VAT on all UK orders, don't be fooled you will pay it again on entry to the UK. So if you are happy to pay 40% on all products imported in to the UK you can't say you were not warned. Company wrongly believe that because we left the EU they can charge vat even though they have not got a legal vat registration number and because they are located in USA and they will never be issued one. I will not put private information on a public site, this was not a one off mistake there has been more than one order and I have waited several weeks for a reply to my message sent to customer services

Made an order at beginning of April ,still not arrived I wouldn’t touch this company unless you are an American I am absolutely fuming ,do not respond to emails ,tried going on there website can’t even get on that now

City Beauty lip balm/plumper /line reducer absolutely rubbish. Gooey , not line reducing , certainly not plumping and made no difference to my lips whatsoever. It was like putting Vaseline on my lips and no where near as effective. So many promises and not one met . Don’t waste your money . Buy a cheap lip gloss for the same result . Emailed them my dissatisfaction received email saying sorry and they would be in touch. Surprise surprise no further assistance. Very very unhappy with product and service. Purchased two and they are going in the bin😤😡

They're horrible! None of their products work, and they refuse to remove me from their solicitation list, despite numerous requests.

Horrible company, terrible customer service. I was told my product shipped and two weeks later did not receive it. When I emailed them they said, "it shipped", did nothing for me. Week later still did not have product, contacted them again and three days later they got back to me with an email saying product just shipped. So was the first email a lie? Told them I did not want it anymore, no reply. They did, however charge my card as soon as I ordered product. I will never use this company again. Customer service is non existent.

Very pushy website why keeps trying to push you into more purchases. I found I was billed for some cream I didn’t order 3 pots at that.When I told them it was ordered in error they told me it would take 48 hours to answer then too late it had been sent. I definitely shan’t risk buying from them again and I don’t intend to keep the cream that is not appropriate for me. In order to cover the costs I am sure I will incur I shall send it all back. For all their pushy marketing they have lost a sale. I won’t buy from them again
