City BeautyReviews of citybeauty.com

I recently purchased jar of sculpture cream, which I thought I was ordering a one of payment. I was taken aback when I received an invoice from paypal for the delivery of another order. Not impressed by this.

It doesn’t work sadly. I try a lot of stuff from lots of different companies. I have tried the sculpting cream and the lip stuff. I suggest Facial exercises, they are more effective.

I bought 4 of the City Beauty Illuminating Dark Spot Remover product. I applied it assiduously twice per day for more than six months. The product did absolutely nothing for the dark spot on my face and several on my hands. I can only conclude that the product is a complete sham!

Having read all the information I decided to give it a go. What a joke, having filled in order form I submitted and was told my post code was incorrect, went back to check if I’d made a mistake but NO my post code was correct, I have attempted to place an order 6/7 times and every time I am told post code incorrect. Strange, I have lived in my property for 18 years and have never had a problem with my post code. Do I live in an out of the way area, NO. I guess this company is making enough profit they don’t want my money. Poor web site though if they don’t recognise a perfectly legitimate post code in the UK.

I have been using InvisiCrepe Body Balm by City Beauty and it has not made an ounce of difference. I am very disappointed, I have religiously used the balm every day.

I purchased the Multi-action Sculpting Cream. What a joke !!!! I have used it day and night and saw no difference in my skin or wrinkles. Well you got my money and I know that was what you were after, not helping women. Save your money, their products are not the answer to good skin care.

Awful company - they have set up their system so when you go to check out they make you go through loads of - would you like to add - this to your order etc - about 10 pages of this I did decide to go for one it was saying if you buy 6 you save more money - I assumed it would just change my order once you do click on it - but no it adds on another 6 items so without knowing it I then had 9 items - what’s the worst and why I think it’s done deliberately is you can’t then review your basket it takes you straight to payment this obviously messed up my money as it was a lot more than I wanted to spend - straight away I emailed the company to request the cancelled the order of the 3 items but they didn’t respond- today they have saying they can’t cancel it so I’m now in debt and got more items then I need be warned it’s a very bad website set up cleverly to make you buy more items then you wanted

It’s been 4 months & I have still not received my order!
