Very disappointed from Invisicrepe body balm. I have been using it for a month, it did nothing to my crepey arms skin. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered this supposedly 'miracle cream' 6 weeks ago and was looking forward to trying it but have still not received the product after sending emails etc. Have spoken with customer services today who suggested they refund me which I agreed but I have only been given a partial refund as they don't refund the taxes. If I had tried the product and was returning it that's one thing but under the circumstances I think this is a disgusting policy and would not recommend dealing with such a company. I am sorry to write such a negative review but they could have found another way to make up the difference. Please also be aware, I subscribed to emails/offers and found my Paypal account had been debited for a second pot of cream. This obviously works like a subscription. Very unhappy

I have read all the reviews. Mostly from the US, who pay a lot less as their VAT Costs are less. If you live in the UK the Shipping fee is ridiculous. I purchased the creme for crepey skin. I tried it on one side of my body to begin with just to test. After 4 weeks there is no change. It does make your skin soft and thats it. I truly believe this product is to prevent crepey skin not get rid of it. Therefore it would only be beneficial for 30 to 40 age group. Very dissappointed and overpriced.

No effect what soever overhyped with clever marketing. Too expensive to return from UK yo US.

Their crepe erase balm had so much fragrance I couldn't use it and they are making ME PAY for the shipping to return it!

Can someone please help me find a way to talk to someone in this company? The phone number doesn't work. I can't access live chat , who knows why, and I can only reach thru email which they are purposely making me wait so my return item time runs out. I have had nothing but BAD service from this company from day one. I want to return my entire order and get my refund back. But noone will respond to me to tell me how and where to send the items?? I strongly encourage anyone who is thinking about ordering from here to rethink it. They refuse to listen and the product doesn't work. It's sticky and it does burn and stains your clothes if you get any on them. The lipgloss is sadly a cliche, too good to be true because it's NOT true. Is there an overseeing company that deals with companies like this, that rip ppl off and hold onto the refund? Especially when refund is promised 100%???? 30/6/2021 The Case number is CASE9324976. I emailed your company to ask if I could send everything back together in one package as you said you were sending me 4 RA numbers. So in return you sent me an email saying yes I could but now I have to wait for another email to issue me 4 NEW RA numbers... This is what I'm talking about. Continually procrastinating and making me wait for emails before I can take the next step in getting a return. I'm going to keep updating this review to show your future buyers what they face when promised a no hassle, problem free, no questions asked return. Your words! Unfortunately not your actions. Today is 10th July 21, 4 days ago I finally received my Return numbers and was able to send my package back to City Beach. I got a tracking number and apparently it's now in San Francisco so I'll update the next information I get from them. I was told even once they receive it it will take 3- 4 business days to see if I get a refund. This coming from a company that promises no hassles, no questions asked, no problems and 100% refund guarantee. Will update again when I find out next step. BTW shipping has cost me another 40 dollars. So I'm down $490 at this point. Update! Today is 14th July and I received notification that my returned parcel had reached its destination and was received. I was originally told I would have to wait 4 - 5 business days before getting a refund, which I thought was fine. Well instead what I GOT was another email from City Beach saying here are my new Return numbers!!!! You have got to be kidding me! I'm going to email them yet again and wait another couple of days and hopefully get my money back. At this point I don't have the product NOR my money. Plus I have paid another 40.00 to return the product that doesn't work. Will keep updating just to show everyone how bad this company is! Update 22nd July. Finally got my return and everything has been finalised. I'd like to say that it didn't need to be like this and if they just had of listened to me on the same day I made the order I would have probably kept some of the items and given them a better rating, but all I got was arrogant staff who refused to listen or help me. Thats why you lost my order guys. And then following that it was mistake after mistake. Well it's done and dusted now. And updated as promised.

Knew was too good to be true. But wanted to believe their claims. Did respond quickly to return my item. But I am out their shipping costs and my own to return item. Bought the balm for crepe skin. 0 stars for product. 1 for quick response.

City Beauty give all the hype etc but unfortunately their product for crapey skin did not work for me. Yes, it felt lovely and velvety when applying but after daily use for. a month, there wasn't an iota of change to my skin at all and when I tried to get my refund I discovered I was just a day over the limit because of being on English time. I thought they might at least have been considerate about this, especially as it cost an extra £17 sterling for shipping costs.
