Ordered the City Lips after pondering over it for a very long time,as it is very expensive.It's just a clear lip gloss,nothing more.I have £1 Primark one which is better.Would be too expensive to send it back.I really believed this one,so disappointed 😞

I have been using illuminating dark spot corrector for the last three months.I do not know what this product is correcting but definitely not my dark spots. Disappointment and waste of money

I ordered City Beauty drooping eyelid solution. What a complete waste of money. No difference whatsoever. Do not buy this product. I will be telling all my friends not to buy.

so, not really happy with the products : serum dries the skin and the lip gloss: well.... just a glorified expensive lip gloss: it is just a lip gloss!!! So I left a review (negative) they responded with a message "customer service will contact you". Guess what... I contacted them after 3 weeks as no news and what they responded with : return authorisation... It will cost me more to send these crap products back then the actual refund. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY!!! DO NOT BUY.

Ordered my products one month ago (July 12/23). Got an e-mail confirmation of purchase (they billed my CC). Still .....NO tracking info whatsoever. Called customer service to get an update (or at the very least a tracking number). Turns out.....here we are ONE MONTH later - and my order has not even been shipped yet - it's still in their warehouse! WTH - asked customer service to just cancel it .... cause at this point there's no way I'll receive it before my vacation. Was going to place another order for their current promo, but I'm hesitant to do so.

Lip plumper and gross does not do as advertised. Its a nice lip gloss but not a plumper. Used this 3-4 a day and last thing at night. There is no difference what so ever. Do not buy this product waste of money.

I placed an order for a lip cosmetic on 25/06/2023. It was advertised in just dollars. Did not say USD. Then they billed me $85.05 AUD and $76.47 AUD. So the misleading prices appear considerably less in AUD then the bill Is nearly double. But the second amount I had no idea about. I only placed one order so my initial AUD $35 turned into $161.52. They had added an extra order without my knowledge. I complained about that and they refunded $35 AUD. But they have never sent my order. Kept my money and despite me writing six emails asking where my order is, nothing. Except a link to a tracking label that simply says it doesn’t exist. I am going to contact my bank to recover the rest of my money. They didn’t even refund the fraudulent amount they took in full. Just a bit. This is not right. They are stealing for one thing. Not disclosing it is USD for another and generally not sending goods that have been paid for. Disgusting.

I looked at this on Facebook but concluded it was a con so didn’t buy. I am shocked to almost immediately get an email saying my “product is on its way”. What an unprofessional way to operate a business. UPDATE 18.7.23. I am now being pestered by this company to prove this and by Trustpilot although I have already provided evidence. For the avoidance of doubt, here is the email I received on 29.6.23 having made NO ORDER. Only my surname has been covered.
