I placed my order and received it in a very timely manner and the products are listed as described from what I can tell so far. The only issue that I had was that I had mistakenly added an extra two clear lip glosses to my cart unknowingly when checking out and I contacted customer service right afterwards and even though the order was still coming up as pending they would not deduct the extra items from my cart. So in the end I had no choice but to purchase all five of the clear plumping lipglosses when I only wanted the three I had actually put in my cart. I didn’t feel the tingling sensation like others did and I didn’t notice that my lips looked any bigger butt after reading several other reviews I have heard that this is not uncommon especially in the beginning to see results.

It is a good moisturizer. Forehead lines look a little better. Lines around my mouth look the same to me.

I think your sight is ok and I love the products, they are just so over-priced. $40 lip gloss is very high-priced and one tube doesn’t go very far. Doesn’t seem to be much in it. The lip gloss is very moisturizing, just expensive. I usually wait until the sales before I purchase.

The colors feather a lot.😞 Going to see how the clear works over a matte lipstick. Not seeing a lot of plumping. Ready to return!

Just really didn’t do what I was expecting I guess. Yes it keeps your lips moist, but you guys said that it brings back the youthfulness in your lips, help with fine lines. I have not noticed that. I’ve been using your product for months now, thinking that I would see a difference in that area, but I have Not! I wish to STOP, my subscription, and monthly payment. Please Stop sending it to me. Please tell me what else I need to do to CANCEL MY MONTHLY RECEIVING OF THIS PRODUCT! Thank you

I like the product. My concern is the misleading way, when you are making your purchase, that other deals come up. When I saw one of the “deals”, I thought it meant if I bought two, I would get them for $50. I did, but I did not realize that was in addition to the single full priced one I got. I do feel this product is improving the texture of my skin, and wrinkles seem to be diminished. Lately, though, I have been feeling some dryness. Otherwise, I’m happy and hope to see continued improvement.
