Buyer beware. This is simply lip gloss. Completely false advertising. None of the promised results exist. 1. I spent $45 with s&h for a TUBE of lip gloss. 2. It took 2 weeks to be delivered. 3. When I called customer service they said they were having trouble tracking my package and to call back. 4. Then when I finally received it and realized after a week… it had zero results… I wrote an email and they told me again to call customer service. So if you want a high end make up product… stick to Sephora or Ulta… it’s less than $45 and you’ll receive it in 2 days.

Used Multi Action Sculpting Cream almost 3 months on my face with no results. The cream wasn't soaking into my skin. When I washed my face I could feel a film on my face from it. I don't know if this is because each time I ordered it I received product that was over 1 year old, older or expired. City Beauty did replace and refund some money. However what I really wanted was the product that performed as it was described.

I feel a bit taken. My fault. A lifetime of small lips and now deep vertical lines around them makes me a desperate sucker for good advertising. The ladies in the City Lips ads have beautiful lips but there isn't a chance on earth it's all from this product. It may do something for some, but not THAT much for anyone. And zero for me. Like a lot of other people, it's just lip gloss. If my lips were puffed the high gloss would look great. But without that puffiness, the high gloss highlights the vertical lines. :( And I find it thick and sticky. Not soft and smooth so much. Am I doing something wrong?

I bought the Plumping Lip Gloss and believed and video and the hype. It is a nice lip gloss but that is all it is, there is no tingling sensation when you put it on and I can see no visible difference. I fell for the buy one get one free - took weeks to arrive from the States and cost £50 - you would be better off buying Maybelline or Rimmel - really do not fall for this, save your money.

I have to say that my experience is exactly the same of the previous reviewer…… I too have not received my order yet but feel like I’ve been completely taken advantage of during the very confusing check out process. I’m in the UK and I ordered 1 city lips and updated to 2 for a discount at check out with free shipping total cost 60 dollars and now I’ve been charged for a third one, which I didn’t order plus shipping costs an additional 53.94 dollars…..which means I’ve had over $100 taken from my bank account I feel like I’ve been totally ripped off!!

Doesn’t make sense. Why would I pay 53.94 dollars for 1. When I raised this with customer services I got an unhelpful response from Dejia ‘we are unable to cancel your order as it has been shipped out’ and no further help. Not impressed.

Can not see one iota of difference to my lips I feel the advertising is very ambiguous stating that lips become fuller. The “influencers” have mostly filled lips anyway or young full lips. Let’s see a women in her 60s have fuller lips with this product

Items were added to my order that I did not order, no ability to contact any customer service as no response to emails, ph number incorrect and no one on live chat. Would have been good if there was a review order before completion,, yet wasn't so $$ taken before even seeing these items added. great product but now $700 billed for items I do not want.
