I booked on Monday or Tuesday a guided tour for Sagrada Famila on Sunday. I got a CONFIRMATION! A few hours later they sent me an E-mail: Your confirmation is stopped - we can offer you a tour on Monday. WHAT?? On Monday? Yes- of course Barcelona tourists often stay there also on Monday!!! I said: NO - but I would accept Saturday. They told me they would check and came later back again with the Monday offer. Inbetween I found easily another provider and was able to book my tour on Sunday. I sent a mail to them and informed them that I have already found another tour and book it - and I asked them to send me the paypal - credit note. The answer was: We will check if our local provider accepts your cancellation. What...???? Who cancelled?? Me or him? I set a time limit till today in order to get the information that my money is back at my paypal account. Please do yourself a favor - don't book here...!!! ______________________________________________________ Update: I got a mail, with an excuse and an explanation why the things went this way. I really appreciate this. Doing mistakes etc is one thing - but solving it afterwards in a very professional manner is really great! So - my first experience was not that lucky - but the professional manner how it has been solved - great! Update 2: I got my money back! I really appreciate the way they finally handled this issue!! Thank you!!!!

Hi Barbara, We're sorry if our last message was not clear. We understand that it was not your intention to cancel your reservation. To explain, Julia Travel (tour operator) advised that the tickets to Sagrada Familia were overbooked for September 25th and we only found out after your voucher had been sent. I hope you believe us when we say that we did not mean for this to happen, but regretfully, as it is still considered high season right now due to summer, these things unfortunately happen and we are really sorry that it happened to you. Julia Travel had asked if you can reschedule the tour to another date. Since you advised that you already bought tickets from another company, we have told them to cancel your booking. Our accounting department requires documentation from all tour operators about a cancelled booking to back-up the refund. In any case, I have instructed our Accounting team to issue your refund within today. To compensate for the inconvenience, we are offering you a 50 USD credit which you may use on your next booking with us. Please refer to the email we sent regarding the procedure how to get this. Once again, please accept our humblest apologies for the inconvenience this had caused. Best regards, City Discovery

This company offers a first class service to customers, and has been very helpful on two occasions. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Booked few times. A helicopter tour in NY, Disneyland Paris tickets, and a very fun sand ski and desert safari in Dubai The site itself worked great and the only time I had to reach their customer support (could not find voucher) I received immediate assistance. Would really recommend.

We went to Paris and of course wanted to see the Eiffel Tower. I heard that usually people wait for hours just to take the elevator there. Their Skip the line tour was awesome. Not only we didn't have to wait, but the guide was really knowledgable. We learned a lot about Paris. And the view is astonishing! Everything was flawless. Definitively worth it! I will buy again from them
