Shipment from MA to TN
I listed the shipment on both u-shipit and citizen shipper. Citizen shipper produced more bids and finally an acceptable bid.

Antique Auto FL to CO
I had three reputable bidders right away, within a few percent of each other. My driver was very good. The CitizenShipper experience has been excellent.

Horrible Company Stole my money
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a service. I have left (4) Voicemail messages with no response back. I tried to obtain a refund on my purchase of their 'Driver' who emailed me back a rude email saying he was not doing the shipment. This is after I had already PAID Citizen Shipper of course. So now I just lose my money. Horrible company. Stick with USHIP

Excellent service
Mohamed, Dorothy, and Michael did an outstanding job trasporting my senior dog from California to Illinois. There were pictures posted on text messages at regular intervals. Thank you so much for your efficiency courtesy, and profesional outlook.

CitizenShipper made something that was stressing me out easy!
I needed to get some items from my childhood home in TX to my current residence in FL. I stressed over all of the options - and the prices associated with them. Citizen Shipper provided me a reasonably priced option with peace of mind. What took me 6 months to figure out, took only 3 weeks to deliver once I put in for bids.

So far so good
This was the first time I used Citizen Shipper and I found the platform to be transparent and efficient. I did not detect any sort of scamming operation as in things like freelancer.com My job was to transport two large dogs and I quickly received two qualified offers for transport. The individual who got the contract was reliable and everything worked out perfectly.

This is a great service matching demand and supply efficiently.
I tried two services but got more and better bids on citizenshipper. The driver was excellent and the service delivered as promised. I've now used it twice and will again.
