I had a boat shipped across the country and had major problems with the shipper who gave me a bid on CitizenShipper. I feared that I would not receive the boat and needed to discuss the problems with them multiple times. There is no contact number so you need to send everything via email. I ended up getting my boat, although a generator was stolen from the stern which was anchored and wired in. CitizenShipper sided with the shipping company who claimed it must have fallen off. (It had been dismantled.) The deceptive practices of this shipping company was criminal and the fact that CitizenShipper keeps them as an option for customers is deplorable. I would expect them to listen to first hand experiences from those of us who were lied to, deceived, and ripped off.

Great experience and I would recommend this site and this pet transporter to all of my friends, family and future clients needing a shipper for one of my Boxer Puppies. Sherry is the best!
