CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

First time user of this type service. I would refer others to citizenshipper for this type of service. My need was pet transportation and I used Shane from go go pets and received excellent service.

We had our senior boxer Kaylee driven by the Sparks team from Houston to Chicago. I found this site online and signed up. We had people ready and messaging us within an hour. We had an incredible experience and will use again.

The website was user friendly and my transport service was amazing! I had 2 large dogs shipped from CA to MA and it took them 4 days and they were in contact with me every day! The dogs arrived happy and healthy!!

I had my 16 week old puppy St Bernard transported to me via a land transport company. The overall experience was excellent and I can’t recommend this company more

I had a very pleasant experience with my driver. My dog was delivered ahead of schedule and taken very well care of. I gave it 4 out of5 stars because I think the website charges too much charges a steep fee.

Brenda was AMAZING!! I was really afraid to book based on all the research about pet shipping scams. However, after reading reviews, Brenda was the perfect fit. She was very responsive from the start & stayed in contact with me throughout the transaction. I would highly recommend Brenda to transport your pet. She eased a lot of the stress & worries I had about getting my pug from Seattle to Cali. I am recommending Brenda to some of my overseas military friends. Thanks again Brenda ? We appreciate your fast service & getting Charlie to us within a day!

I’d like to start by saying I’ve never used a dog shipping company before, nor was I aware such a thing existed. I found this website through a google search because I reallllllly didn’t want to put an older dog on an airplane. Or any dog for that matter. That said, Brenda is fantastic! We needed to ship my dad’s dog from Tulsa, OK to my home in Seattle, WA, quickly. Brenda worked with us to get it done affordably and without having to fly the pup. Brenda and her husband picked up our pup and all of her stuff on a Monday evening and drove her straight to us, arriving Wednesday morning. Brenda communicated wonderfully the entire time, with ETA and pup updates and pictures. Our dog arrived healthy and happy, with all of her items. I’m so glad such a website exists, and people like Brenda and her husband who are willing to safely drive precious cargo across the country! Many thanks to them! I give the website a 4 out of 5 stars because the transaction fee is a bit steep.

Deborah was amazing. She picked up my cats the day after I booked and she drove straight through from NY to WI. She has a large van and my cats were able to eat and use the litter box during the ride. She sent me updates via text as she hit each state on the drive. She got to my apartment at 1:30 am and helped me get the cats and their things inside, all with a smile on her face after a 15 hr drive. I would definitely book with Deborah again, she was wonderful.
