CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

Great service. I highly recommend this app

A great experience! We connected with a wonderful loving transporter who did an exceptional job caring for our year old Doodle. The experience proved to be exactly as she described. I would recommend CitizenShipper.

Communication was great and Lilly arrived on time. Would highly recommend!!

They give you a variety of options. And the chosen company was great no doubt!

The process was smooth and the connection to a shipper was great. Enabled me to research who would be carrying my new dog.

The Bid process was straight forward & the large amount of Service Providers provided me a plethora of options. I used CitizenShipper specifically for Dog Transport, but based on the experience I'll likely explore this tool 1st for ANY other shipping needs I have in the future. My (1) issue was the CitizenShipper Service Fee. I thought it was bit pricey in comparison to what I paid the selected vendor for the actual service. A Definite Opportunity for CitizenShipper to improve. Otherwise, No Complaints with the actual process.

Citizen shipper was amazing and is always my go to for finding a reliable transporter. I have never had anything issues!

Citizenshipper is a scam. I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone nor would I ever book with them again. I trusted the fake 4 and 5 star reviews I saw without doing my research because I wanted my dog. That’s all I wanted after I lost my first husband last year and I thought I had the money to get her to I booked with one. The driver at first was great, he rubbed me the wrong way a couple times in our initial interaction because he had, in my opinion, an attitude because the date I said on my bid I wanted my dog dropped off he couldn’t do. Why bid if it’s a day you can’t do and why get a slight attitude with me because I couldn’t do it before payday which is earlier that week? I disclosed everything. Anyways some unexpected money issues came to play, the driver stopped contacting me like he said he would until I had already started the cancel request and refund request. I find it unprofessional and disconcerting that a company that is trying to be so big and public facing wouldn’t have any insurance policy in place for emergency cancellations and such. I get if being cancelled for no reason but I feel there should be a policy in place to protect the customers they claim to cherish and want to make things right with. They wouldn’t have to make things right after reviews were left if they didn’t do things wrong to start. All in all this site is a money grab scam and I will never trust it again and will warn anyone and anyone ever looking for shipping help to avoid Citizenshipper like the plague if they don’t wanna be scammed. $230 for booking and nothing in return not even a partial refund just, credit towards my next booking was such a loss in a company that lies to its customers and only wants their money because I’ll NEVER use them again or have anyone I know use this site either.
