Would definitely use them again!

The person we hired to transport our rescue dog was very professional and went above and beyond our expectations.

They call it a bidding site for pet shipping, I don't know about that, I had to reach out to everyone that I was interested in using. I also didn't like what appeared to be an automatic 5 star review when they were verified. other than that, there were lots of choices and I was able to find the perfect shipper. They also have another fee on top of what the shipper charges that they don't make very clear. all in all I was happy with the site and would recommend them.

Mary lil lambs was amazing on working with me on a budget getting my dog to my husband in ks.

The pick up and delivery date was as promised. Very straight forward and reliable service. Tommy was very responsive and took good care of my dog. I am glad I used CitizenShipper. Highly recommend.

Mike was wonderful!!! I cannot say enough how accommodating, present to the needs of my cats and their humans...He transported two very pedigreed short hair oriental cats from their home in Ohio to their new home in Nebraska! He stayed in communication via group text to both parties often along his route and sent reassuring pictures! He was wonderful and I would use his services again in a heartbeat! Thanks Mike -

I would recommend this website again I had a very awesome experience at first I was skeptical. Then I was contacted by debra who picked up my dog from California and dropped him off in Arizona he was safe and sound when he got home she was very responsive I would recommend to my family and friends

Exceeded my expectations! Was quick and easy to use. Made the process of shipping my pet painless.
