I had ann amazing experience
I had an amazing experience even made a video on it. My youtube name is marissa danforth. The name of the video is Citizenshipper and driver review, pet transportation
Response from CitizenShipperSep 6, 2019
Thank you for your awesome video Marissa! We sincerely appreciate all the feedback and recommendations you have given to us and your driver. The only thing that we wanted to mention is that our booking fee isn't flat, it's a percentage that varies depending on the accepted bid amount. Have a wonderful weekend ahead! :)

I used CitizenShipper to ship a puppy from IL to NY. They helped me find a shipper that worked in my price range. I loved that each shipper had a review page which allowed me to know what I was getting. I recommend them and will use again. The only surprise I had was once I chose a shipper and accepted their bid CitizenShipper charged me a booking fee. I figured that was something the shipper paid. But it all worked out.

This was such a stressfull thing
This was such a stressfull thing, but they made it so seamless and stressless. Pics along the way and took excellent care of our puppy. I would use them only in The future and consider no one else. Such a great experience.

Helpful service!
Enabled me to move my pup when it was too hot to fly her. The driver I chose was very conscientious (Jaleesa), kept me updated, sent me pictures, and went above & beyond to ensure pup got where she needed to go. Definitely will recommend, although I found the price for booking a bit excessive, especially with the current CAD to USD exchange rate. Reality is, tho, that I couldn't have gotten my pup without them.

Thank you very much Ocean! We sincerely appreciate your feedback :)
