First i want to say that Melinda is the nicest person you’ll ever meet. I was so nervous about using this service but once I met Melinda, my worries went away. You can tell she is very experienced as soon as she meets your pets. Melinda was very thorough throughout the transportation process. She had a tough job taking my 3 dogs across the US but she was excited for the adventure. She sent many pictures and updates daily. You can call her anytime as well which is nice. She takes her job very seriously and LOVES on your pets so much. My dogs missed her when she left so I knew they had a great time. It was like a mini vacation for them as they traveled with her. If you want a safe, loving, wonderful experience-book with Melinda:).

Bryan gave me an excellent experience transporting my dog and cat across the country. Bryan was fairly priced and most importantly, Bryan cared deeply about the pets he transported. Bryan sent me twice daily texts and pictures of how my guys were doing on the trip and where he was. Bryan treated each pet as an individual and listened to the needs of each pet. It meant so much to me that he let my little dog ride with him and his son instead of in a crate and he also had great patience with my difficult cat. I would highly recommend Bryan and trust him to take care of my pets again!

I have dealt with other shipper sites in the past that have encouraged me to take the time to handle transport myself - too much hassle and poor quality. I wasn’t sure what to expect of Citizen Shipper but I’m glad I was referred to the site. It was ridiculously easy to post my need, the number & quality of the response was outstanding.
