Andrea was amazing!! She is so beyond kind and brought my puppy to me from Michigan (to Colorado). She was with me every step of the way and took a ton of photos once she got him. I absolutely loved the shipper Rosie. She went above and beyond what I wanted! The only thing is the citizen ship fees are a bit high. All in all it's a great company to find a driver!

Please never use the service from this company. We post a shipment to delivery some boxes from New Jersey to California. We found a driver on the website give a reasonable offer and said the package will be delivered up to 14days. However, till now, we still have not received our items after 2 months. We even have no idea where the driver is. We contacted the customer service through email (the phone number they provided never work), the only thing they said is they understand my frustration and will do anything to help. When we ask for a solution for this situation, they said “ at this point you can perform any actions that you deem necessary. Please keep in mind that drivers found on our site are independent contractors, and do not work for Citizenshipper, which is the 3rd party marketplace used to connect shippers and drivers.” We pay about 18% of the delivery fee to this business, and now they said they are not responsible for anything. Will never use their website again. Please never choose this website if you don’t want to take a risk. It’s completely depend on the driver you found.l, since this business doesn’t help at all.
