The Citizen Shipper Organization is a good one. Had a scam experience with one of their subcontracters though. A woman named Wendy Perry operating as For The Love Of Paws out of Cranston, RI, scammed me out of hundreds of dollars, scammed CS as well. Citizen Shipper rectified this and refunded their fee to me. So it is not the company you must carefully scrutinize. The following pet transport experience I had with another of their transporters, SWCTS (Spoiled With Care Transport Service) was quite reliable.

Used CitizenShipper to find a pet shipping service. Everything was top notch, really pleased with them and with the service I received!

CitizenShipper gave me the perfect flight nanny! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The Tony’s were so good and friendly. They were extremely communicative and answered all of our questions within minutes. I was given detailed flight information and even got a chance to talk with one of the owners! When I asked him how he liked his job, he told me: “I get to fall in love with a new pet everyday”. They showed genuine care for my new fur baby, They are reasonably priced, compassionate and just plain awesome! If I ever need to move my pet’s again I am calling Toni, Tony, Tonee! Thanks CitizenShipper!

We had a great experience using citizenshipper! We got competitive quotes from several drivers. We were very happy with the driver we ended up with. The platform was very easy to Navigate and use. Booking and shipping was a breeze thanks to citizenshipper. We had a dog shipped from AL to WV. It’s great to have finally found a website that we can trust to find experienced shippers. We had a great experience using citizenshipper! We will be using citizenshipper again in the future. I cannot say enough great things. Highly recommend.

I needed to ship my nephew’s cat from my son’s house. Matta Pet Transport on citizenshippers was amazing! He kept in contact with not only me but my son and my nephew the entire way! Sent pictures too. I highly recommend his business when shipping your pet. Responsible respectable and honest.

Used citizenshipper to book a transport for a puppy I had sold. I had an excellent experience, and highly recommend to anyone needing to have something shipped

The best of the best site ever I was so scared I wouldn’t find a way to get my pug from Texas to Virginia but I stumbled Citizenshipper and I admit I was skeptical at first this being my first time with transfer of a pet but all my skepticism faded away after getting a look at all the credentials and background check and reviews . My pup was picked up from the old owners front door and delivered right to my front door at an extremely affordable price . I highly recommend using there services to find the perfect person to deliver your next pet 💕

They connected me to several pet transport companies and I received immediate quotes to transport my new rescue dog from Tucson, AZ to Bowie, MD. I was very impressed with the company I selected (Liberty's Transport) with both their quoted price, their ability to work within my time frame, and their constant updates along the trip. Thank you Citizenshipper for connecting us!
