CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

I recommend CitizenShipper and Christy E. We were very pleased with our CitizenShipper experience working with Christy. We received a half dozen bids within an hour of our inquiry. The first two arrived within minutes. Christy's bid was the second we received. The first was high enough that we felt it might be worth it to do the trip ourselves ... even with the Covid-19 concerns. The third was a few dollars less ... and appeared very qualified. A couple more came in but we chose Christy. She agreed to a one-day 14-hour drive when we needed the help. Here are some additional observations: * Clear understanding of the plan in advance. * Kept us informed of progress start to finish. * Puppy Updates during the drive * Believe she treated our puppy like we wanted. * Kept to her time schedule. She is a true road warrior. That week she delivered dogs to Chicago Boston, Virginia, and Wisconsin. We recommend CitizenShipper and Christy Eversole when you need to relocate a new puppy or your current best friend.

easy to navigate easy to use and quality drivers

We wanted to move 4 pets. we got plenty of options for the job and it went reasonably well given current circumstances

Covid 19 is causing all kinds of delays which would have delayed delivery of my new furbaby except I found Citizenshipper an Angel named Suzy on their team delivered him less than 48 hours later! It worked out! Using Citizenshipper was easy to get interested contactors to offer on our transport request and enabled me to get the best value in finding a phenomenal shipper in our time of great need. The security of having someone who has been through their background check made it easier as well in our age of extreme scamming. Thanks to Suzy and Citizenshipper.

Driver was very polite... provided travel updates ... worry free travel.

I needed to ship an eight weeks old puppy from CA to CO. The driver delivered the puppy within 18 hours of pickup. I had very good communication throughout the entire trip with the driver and his wife. They delivered the puppy to the new owner in excellent shape as they did not kennel her on the trip, but rather held her on their laps. They made stops to allow appropriate puppy potty breaks. I was very pleased with the entire process.

They are efficient, and are very quick to respond in the first hour and a good handful of people do answer right away. I was in need of someone of someone to pick up a puppy I have bought with someone. They asked for simple information that wasn't hard to fill out and I was easily able to figure out the information which is the pick up address, the desired day you want it to be picked up, the drop off address and what today you desire for it to be dropped off. They do really well on response time and have reliable drivers. I highly do recommend them if you ever need something delivered and you can't do it yourself.

:When you have a someone transport your animal, it can make you feel a bit tense. Maegan had us feel comfortable and at ease from the first moment on. Her communication was prompt and once she was on the road we received regular updates and pictures. It was a great experience and if you are looking for a trust worthy responsible person look no further, Artemis is it!!
