We booked a transport for a puppy. After the driver blew us off numerous times and put us over a week late, Citizen Shipper reposted the job for us. Fortunately, we found another driver to get our pup; however it was $150 more than we had originally expected to pay. They applied the platform fee to the new booking ( which should be automatic), but refused to apply any money towards the higher cost so we could get our dog. We booked in good faith, and through no fault of our own, our pup was stranded for over a week. We had no choice but to pay a higher shipping cost just to get our dog home, yet Citizen Shipper didn't have the decency to help offset this cost. They should have agreed to work with us on this, instead of applying the platform fee paid for a non-existent driver. Sad and expensive.

The driver was great. Would definitely ise this service again. I thought the fee per mile from the site directly on top of the driver. was a bit high especially since my travel was 1300 miles. Citizenship per will take a nice chunk of change for not doing much.

Was traveling from Japan with a Boxer. No airlines would take our baby once we landed. B&T Transportation stayed in touch with me from 2 months out all the way to the day our girl arrived. They even found us at the airport and helped us with everything. If your traveling into the Seattle area you can't beat the price or service they offer.
