Great service but the booking fees…
Great service but the booking fees could be more reasonable. The driver selected was top notch. Wouldn't have been able to find them without CitzenShipper.

As a first time user of CitizenShipper…
As a first time user of CitizenShipper I was a bit skeptical but I was so surprised and pleased by the outcome. My driver Kevin was amazing and he delivered my new puppy safe and sound.

I would say that the service is "so-so"…
I would say that the service is "so-so" - Their fee for a $375.00 trip was $80.00 which seems excessive. They also are not very careful about who is allowed to use their service. I ended up connecting wit ha great service but it should have been much easier. All in all- Citizen is overpaid for what they provide to the end user.

Citizen Shipper (Zachary S.)
Zach and his wife are amazing. They picked up our new puppy and made a long journey to get him to us safely. Very nice and professional with a reasonable price. I would recommend them to transport any animal you may need. Thank you for making sure our baby Flash made it too us safely.
