This was the second time I've used this site. The site was easy to use for household goods as well as for pet transport, and quotes arrived quickly after posting my request each time. The only thing that was a bit of a drag was I wanted to post more photos of my household goods shipment but each time I did so, it seemed like I was creating a new instance of the request vs. just modifying the existing request.

I Have had a bad and good experience with Citizenshipper.com. The good experience is that I received my puppy and the bad is that I was scammed by a new driver who asked me for a large deposit and then disappeared. Be aware of drivers who ask you for deposit especially the new drivers without reviews and trips completed.

There are some great transporters on this site, reviews are A1, they respond promptly, help you with what you need in regards to Shipping your fur baby. When I booked I didn’t read and there’s a $49 refer fee from the site which isn’t unusual. To cancel the trip if you need to (I booked about 7:30 am on a Sun and canceled before 9am Mon morning. Baby due to be picked up Wed 9) There is a fee of $100 owed to transport if cancelled under 72 hours of pick up. Especially if it wasn’t any trouble to the driver. I’m honest I’ll pay but I don’t agree with the policy under48. Other than that if all is understood great site.

CitizenShipper worked perfectly for me. I got quotes immediately and found that I didn't need to worry about the authenticity of the bidders. CitizenShipper posts bidders’ profiles, customer reviews and ratings. I reviewed the information and contacted the bidders who seemed most able to meet my needs. I was able to communicate with the bidders before accepting a bid, thus ensuring our schedules would be sync-up. Also, I received prompt response from CitizenShipper support people when I had questions about making changes to my original request. I highly recommend CitizenShipper!
